Living this far South we haven't had the opportunity to see snow much anymore, but tonight we got a beautiful white surprise as Kristen came running down the stairs to let us know it was snowing.
When we opened the front door we couldn't believe how pretty and white everything looked. It only snowed for about 30 minutes, but it was a snow like you might see on a ski trip to Colorado. Big, huge flakes. The ground covered in white. And the bushes and shrubs were even holding some snow. It was a nice treat. (I am sure that they will cancel school next week because of this 1/4 inch of snow that we got for 30 minutes)
